Shopify upmarket style guide

As Shopify’s senior editor for enterprise audiences, I built and maintained the style foundations that governed all upmarket content. These screenshots show the information architecture and decision framework behind the guidelines—designed for scalability as the team grew.

Adobe retention marketing naming conventions

Developed a naming framework for Adobe’s retention marketing programs to eliminate inconsistency across campaigns. The system created a repeatable methodology that allowed teams to scale content production without sacrificing organizational clarity

Adobe style guide

Led a cross-functional initiative to consolidate multiple competing style guides into a single source of truth. The challenge: reconcile conflicting standards across product, marketing, and brand teams while maintaining buy-in. I’m no longer authorized to share the guide publicly, but happy to discuss the political and strategic work required to make it happen.

ICRC style guide

A student project that explores editorial complexity at scale—creating guidelines for a global organization operating across languages, cultures, and sensitive geopolitical contexts. Demonstrates my ability to think systematically about style as a strategic tool, not just grammar rules.
